Equipment for Handling and Installaion of Prefabricated Elements

The tunnel loader is a vehicle designed for the handling and installation of prefabricated elements inside tunnels, particularly in underground metro projects involving the construction of mezzanine floors.

The portal structure allows for safe transit through the tunnel while maintaining stability and load control. The machine receives the prefabricated element within its frame, lifts it, rotates it, and positions it at height in proximity of the tunnel vault. Each configuration is custom-developed based on the geometries, weights, and assembly sequences required by the project.
