Span-by-Span Launching Gantries

We design and manufacture various types of launching gantries and span erection equipment, suitable for all construction methods.

Span-by-span launching gantries are designed for the erection of precast concrete segment bridge decks.

The equipment enables the hoisting, precise positioning, and full support of the entire span during assembly and post-tensioning phases.

Available in both overhead and underslung configurations, the system is custom-engineered to match viaduct alignment geometries, segment weights, and jobsite conditions. The structure ensures high load capacity, precise launching sequence control, and maximum operational safety.

Scope of application

typical span lengths ranging from 30 m to 50 m (up to a maximum of 60 m)
deck widths: 5–24 m
span weights: 2,000 to over 20,000 kN
segment weights: 300–1,500 kN
