Movable Scaffolding Systems (MSS) are designed for the full-span, in-situ casting of concrete bridge decks.

The equipment integrates the formwork onto a mobile support structure that operates directly at height and advances autonomously from span to span, enabling repetitive and highly mechanized construction cycles.

The system is ideal for job sites with restricted access, ground-level obstacles, or difficult terrain. Custom-engineered to match specific span lengths, geometries, and structural loads, the MSS can also be configured for controlled bridge demolition in sensitive environments.

Scope of application

  • Span length: Optimal range: 25–60 m

  • Bridge structural system: Continuous multi-span bridges

  • Suitable for straight or curved bridges with relatively large radii

  • Can be adapted to moderate longitudinal gradients
