We design and manufacture various types of launching gantries and span erection equipment, suitable for all construction methods.

Lifting frames are designed for the installation of precast segments during bridge deck assembly.

Their modular structure provides great operational flexibility across various segment weights and bridge geometries, easily adapting to different jobsite conditions.

They can be used as a cost-effective alternative to traditional launching gantries, streamlining operations and reducing complexity on medium-scale projects. Segments can be lifted from ground level, floating barges, or the existing deck. Each system is custom-engineered based on loads, lifting elevations, and planned assembly sequences.

Where traffic is present beneath or alongside the viaduct
Where height restrictions apply (power lines, overpasses, airports)
