Launching gantries for Precast Beams

We design and manufacture various types of launching gantries and span erection equipment, suitable for all construction methods.

Launching gantries for precast beams are designed for hoisting and placing structural elements that support cast-in-place decks for road and railway bridges.

The system enables controlled beam placement, accommodating beam feeding from both below and along the completed deck to suit varying site logistics.

Each configuration is custom-engineered based on span lengths, weights, and bridge geometries, with lifting and control systems sized for the planned assembly cycle. The equipment ensures placement precision, smooth operational sequences, and safety during all installation phases.

Scope of application

  • Precast girders weighing more than 1,200–1,500 kN

  • Piers higher than 40–50 m

  • Works in urban areas where disruption to traffic must be minimized

  • Where direct lifting from ground level is not feasible

Comprehensive technical and engineering support is provided throughout the entire product lifecycle. To extend the value of the equipment, revamping activities are carried out by assessing its condition and identifying targeted measures to increase service life, improve reliability, and prevent failures. This approach helps reduce environmental impact, contain costs, and return high-performance equipment to service with a significantly extended lifecycle.
