Equipment for Handling and Installaion of Prefabricated Elements

The ISIG (Internal Structure Installation Gantry) is specialized equipment dedicated to the erection of prefabricated tunnel road deck segments, designed to operate in coordination with the TBM.

The machine receives the prefabricated element within its frame, lifts it, rotates it, and positions it behind the machine through controlled sequences. Operating at the rear of the TBM without interrupting its supply lines, the system is equipped with an integrated ramp for the transit of service vehicles. Each configuration is custom-developed based on the specific geometries, weights, and tunnel layout.
