Form travellers are specialized equipment designed for the on-site casting of concrete segments using the balanced cantilever bridge erection method.

Available in overhead and underslung configurations, these travellers adapt to varying cross-sections and alignment geometries. Each solution is custom-engineered to match deck width, variable heights, and jobsite conditions, ensuring stability, execution precision, and reliable construction cycles.

Scope of application

Span length: Box girders: 50–180 m (up to 260 m in special cases)
Segment length: 2.5–5 m (occasionally up to 6 m)
Horizontal curvature: No specific limit; special kinematic arrangements are required for radii below 200 m
