Launching gantries for the balanced cantilever method are designed for the installation of precast segments in a symmetrical sequence from bridge piers, operating directly from the deck under construction.

The structure is self-launching and requires no ground support, making it ideal for job sites with restricted access.

The system enables controlled lifting and positioning of segments from ground level or from the existing deck, tailored to the project's logistics. Each configuration is custom-engineered to match loads, span lengths, and alignment geometries, ensuring precision, stability, and operational continuity.

Span lengths ranging from 40 m to 120 m
Typical segment weights ranging from 400 to 2,000 kN
Capability to erect horizontal curves with radii down to 150 m (and as low as 120 m with special launching equipment)
